Refusals & Reviews

A refusal is not the time to guess your next move.

The first job after an adverse decision is to understand exactly what it turned on and what deadlines are now running. Only then does it make sense to discuss options.

What we assess

  • The decision record: which criterion was not met, and on what reasoning
  • Review rights, their deadlines and the date notification took effect
  • Your current lawful status and what it depends on
  • Whether the underlying issue is documentary, substantive or credibility-based

What we advise on

  • What review, if any, is available and what it would realistically involve
  • Whether a fresh application on different facts is the stronger route
  • What would need to change before anything is lodged again
  • When the honest advice is not to proceed at all

Being straight with you

We do not take on review matters we cannot argue on the facts, and we will not encourage a repeat application that would fail for the same reason. Prospects are discussed frankly at the outset.

Know your options before you make your next move.

A case assessment is a structured review of your circumstances and the pathways they support. You'll get an honest read on where you stand — including when the answer isn't the one you were hoping for.
