Study Pathways
A student visa is the first move in a longer sequence. It should be planned that way.
Student visa matters are assessed on the coherence of your circumstances: your study history, your reasons for the course you have chosen, your financial position and your intentions. We work on that coherence before an application exists.
What we assess
- Your study and visa history, including any gaps, changes of provider or previous applications
- Whether the proposed course is a logical continuation of your background and stated goals
- Financial capacity, English requirements and health and character considerations
- Where the course sits in relation to any longer-term pathway you have in mind
What we advise on
- Whether the course you are considering supports or narrows your later options
- What your circumstances will need to demonstrate, and what evidence supports that
- How to sequence enrolment, lodgement and travel around your current status and expiry dates
- When a different course, provider or timing gives you a materially stronger position
Being straight with you
We cannot tell you an application will be granted, and we will not pretend a weak set of circumstances is a strong one. What we can do is tell you where your case actually stands and what would improve it.

Know your options before you make your next move.
A case assessment is a structured review of your circumstances and the pathways they support. You'll get an honest read on where you stand — including when the answer isn't the one you were hoping for.
