Skilled & Employer
Training arrangements are assessed on substance. The plan has to be real.
Occupational training pathways require a genuine, structured programme with an identified purpose and a sponsoring organisation that can support it. They serve a specific function in a longer strategy — and only sometimes.
What we assess
- The proposed training programme, its structure and its stated purpose
- The sponsoring organisation and its ability to deliver and document the arrangement
- The applicant's background and how the training connects to it
- Whether this pathway serves the longer plan better than the alternatives
What we advise on
- Whether the arrangement is substantive enough to be defensible
- What documentation and structure the programme requires
- How the pathway interacts with later skilled or sponsored options
- When another route is a better use of the applicant's time
Being straight with you
This pathway suits a narrow set of circumstances. If yours are not among them, we will say so rather than fitting you to the visa.

Know your options before you make your next move.
A case assessment is a structured review of your circumstances and the pathways they support. You'll get an honest read on where you stand — including when the answer isn't the one you were hoping for.
